Terms & Conditions:
Dragonfly Books is the distributor for A Cat Named Fish and a Fish Named
Cat.
We take orders as small as one copy of our book. Yet, large volume
purchases for 5 or more copies come with a discount. These discounts are
available for anyone -- individuals; book store supply industry companies;
suppliers to educational institutions, schools; libraries; and home school
associations. (Other specific arrangements may be made with specific retail outlets on a
case by case basis.)
To inquire about our Terms & Conditions for ordering books, simply go to
our Contact us. Use the e-mail link there to send us a message with your
inquiry. We'll proceed from there. There is nothing to sign. All that is
necessary is to follow the Terms and Conditions laid out below.
Business Relationship -- After reading the Terms and Conditions and possibly
e-mailing us to resolve any questions you may have, then proceed to the order
form link at the bottom of this page. Again, if you wish to inquire about the Terms

Small Order and Price -- For purchases from 1 to 4 copies.
Price = $10.00 retail/book + state tax + $4.65 shipping and handling
Volume Minimum Order and Price -- Only for purchases of 5 or more copies
Price = $10.00 retail/book - discount + state tax + shipping & handling
Volume Discount Ranges:
-- 25% off retail with a minimum order of 5 to 10
-- 30% off retail with a minimum order of 11 to 20
-- 40% off retail with a minimum order of 21 or more
Payment by Check -- We will confirm your order and the total cost of your order
via an e-mail response. Our overland regular mailing address and phone number
will be provided in our e-mail confirmation response. You can then mail a check for
the full order amount to Dragonfly Books (Albuquerque, New Mexico). Being a
small distributor necessitates this arrangement.
Shipping the Order -- Shipping details will be arranged with you via e-mail. Our
small size and budget require that we assure that our customer's payment check
clears and funds are deposited prior to shipping your order.
All Sales & Orders Are Final -- Once shipped, all sales and orders are final. We
apologize, but we are not able to handle or accept returns or provide refunds.
